Checkout+ is an optional service that is selected at check out which covers customers for free returns. This service is non refundable after the order is placed even when returning the item in a store.

If Checkout+ was not selected at the time of purchase, customers are required to bear the full cost of the return label.  This either will be charged to the customer as an invoice or deducted from and refund monies due.
