If you experience a quality issue with a product, such as a broken underwire, we take this very seriously and will work with you to find a resolution.

When submitting your return request:
- Please make sure to clearly describe the issue, method of washing and drying, as well as uploading clear images of:
- the damage
- the front and back of the bra
- The internal garment tag.
- You will receive an e-mail notification stating that your request has been approved or denied. Please wait for this notification before sending your item back.
Once we have received these details, we will assess the issue and be in touch with a resolution within two business days. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this process.
