How do I return items that are not right for me?Updated 8 months ago

Simply submit a returns request on our returns page. For Online orders you can choose to receive a refund, store credit or exchange for a different size or style on items purchased from us within 30 days of dispatch, including sale items. Clearance Items can not be returned. For in store purchases, we only provide an exchange or credit, this is due to our customers being expertly fitted.
