Depending on how you have shopped will depend on the returns policy. All items must be in original condition with the tags attached.

For Online orders you can choose to receive a refund, store credit or exchange for a different size or style on items purchased from us within 30 days of dispatch, including sale items. Clearance Items can not be returned. 

For in store purchases, we only provide an exchange or credit, we do not provide refunds, this is due to our customers being expertly fitted. For in store purchases you have 30 days from the day of purchase to return the item, including sale items. Clearance Items can not be returned.
